After April 15, we're open the first full week of every month. September is the exception — Labor Day falls that week, so we're open September 1, 2, and 3 instead, and closed the following week so our family and yours can enjoy the holiday. Please call ahead if you're not sure.

  • It's just a timing thing. The IRS is saying there's a 6-week delay — exactly the timeline we discussed at the office.
  • No account needed. The notice may hint you should create an IRS account online. You can skip that — it isn't required and won't speed things up.
  • You're getting your money. Rest assured, your refund will arrive.
