Personalized Organizer

Profile Sheet

Step 1: Info Gathering

Step 2: Submit Documents

Until January 25th, you have the opportunity to acquire a personalized organizer containing your previous year's information

  • Visit our office for a printed copy.

  • Call us to receive an electronic copy through our secure portal. For security, we can only send this to the primary email address on your 2023 record (or to the first taxpayer listed on a joint return). Once you set up your portal password, your Personalized Organizer will be waiting for you inside.

Download the blank profile sheet here.

Please be sure to have your ID with you and available for our staff.

Bring the Step 1 form, along with your documents and tax forms (removed from envelopes), to our office. Place them in the provided manila envelope, conveniently located just above the drop-off box inside the entry door.

Please complete your profile sheet and answer all questions. Even if your information hasn't changed, the IRS requires this annual update. Providing this data upfront significantly expedites your return preparation and reduces your delay.
